| Love Satruday mornings, its the only day that I am gauranteed a run. I ran 4 miles today with alot of walking breaks. I could have ran a flat 3 but I decided to push myself and ran a hilly 4. My time was horrible so we won't mention although if i am going to look back at this I can only get better so my it was 59.06 min. Horrible. But i did do ALOT of walking. Next time I do the 4 miles no more walking. I am going to back to flat threes then push myself again next weekend. |
