1:05:47....Its not a PR but it is faster than my usual time for 6 miles. On my route there are 6 hills with a Mo Fo hill at the end (I will try to get a map of it). I feel like I ran up that hill at a faster pace than usual. I think 6 miles is a good base to have. It is one of my favorite distances to run. It usually takes about 1-2.5 miles to get warmed up and then the rest to get into the groove of a run. Its been a while since I felt comfortable on a run.
Have fun on your weekly runs.

Yup. 6 miles is a great training distance. Anything over 45 minutes gets you into a better training zone. Good job with all those hills too!
So how have things been lately?
